Quarterly full-day training sessions with a meal and monthly 1-hour online sessions for training & reinforcement.
SUPPORT:
Small Group: reinforcement, accountability & acceleration
Coaching: Quarterly, 1-on-1 with Mentor
Business Owner: Retention & Progress meeting with Mentor; 1 hour per quarter
INVESTMENT:
$600 per person per month (OJG funding may be available for eligible employers)
Up to 83% funded with the OJG employee grant, where applicable!
1-year commitment within the 2-year program.

Eligible employers may receive funding covering up to 83% of the cost, where applicable.
